At The Western Buck, we take pride in creating high-quality western wear and handcrafted pieces. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Custom & Hand-Burnt Hats
All custom, personalised, and hand-burnt hats are strictly final sale.
Due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of these items:

We do not offer refunds

We do not offer exchanges

We do not offer store credit

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed
Each hat is individually hand-burned. Variations in burn marks, shading, placement, and finish are part of the handcrafted design and are not considered faults.
By purchasing a custom or hand-burnt hat, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
This does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Change of Mind (Non-Custom Items Only)
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
At our discretion, we may offer a store credit for non-custom items if:

The return is requested within 14 days of delivery

The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

All tags and packaging are intact
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item:

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Incorrect Items
If we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

Ensure the item is securely packaged
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
We recommend using tracked postage, as The Western Buck is not responsible for lost return parcels.
7. Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchase.
We recommend reviewing our sizing information carefully prior to ordering.
Incorrect sizing selections do not qualify as a fault.
